Weekend Wedding Package
Starting at $1200
Our listed price is just a starting point. Every event is different, and once we hear more about your plans, we’ll work with you to tailor the final cost to fit your needs, ensuring you feel supported and taken care of every step of the way.
The M3 Ranch, with its intimate setting, is perfect for parties of 75 guests or fewer.
package includes:
Access to the M3 Ranch from 1:00 PM on Friday until 10:00 PM on Saturday
Access the Cookhouse’s full kitchen (note: catering and food service are not included)
The Ranch Cottage will be available for pre-ceremony hair and makeup for the wedding party.
The bride and groom are invited to stay in the Ranch Cottage on their wedding night.
Tables and seating for 75 guests or fewer.
Various props for ambiance and photo opportunities, including a wedding arch, an antique tractor, and an old-fashioned carriage

This package is designed for events with ten people or fewer.

Access to M3 Ranch for four hours on the event day
Use of the Cookhouse’s full kitchen (catering and food service are not included)
The bride and groom are invited to stay in the Ranch Cottage for their wedding night.
Tables and seating are provided
Access to various props for ambiance and photo enhancements, including a wedding arch, an antique tractor, and an old-fashioned carriage

Special Event Pricing

The listed price is a general starting point. Once we discuss your plans and preferences, we’ll tailor the final cost to fit your event and ensure everything feels just right.
For optimal scheduling, we prefer to host events on Mondays through Fridays or Sundays, as our Saturdays are often booked for weddings. If you’re interested in a Saturday date, please call us, and we will be happy to check availability.
